Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although every effort will be given to allow reasonable advance notice. A 50% deposit must be received by the Seller, via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or check, before production will commence. The due balance plus tax (where applicable) and delivery charges must be made in full before the Seller will ship the goods.
Merchandize may not be returned to our workshop for any reason without prior written approval and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for any reason.
Freight charges depend on size, weight, destination and whether shipment is to a residential or commercial destination.
Goods supplied within the United States will be normally be delivered within 3-5 weeks of the Seller's receipt of the 50% deposit. Contact Studio 04 for shipment dates for non-U.S. deliveries. Goods will be shipped by the most economical means under the circumstances.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the Buyer's address, specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
As cement is a natural product, variations in pattern and color may occur. Natural variations are intrinsic to the cement's character and are part of its beauty. All color samples on our website are as close as possible, but may vary from the merchandise supplied.
Limited Warranty. All products excluding pumps and lights come with a twelve month Seller's warranty, beginning on the date of your receipt of the order, that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to you, as the purchaser of the products and not to any subsequent owner of the products.
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of California.
